our process for providing consultations
Introductory Call
45-minute video call to introduce Triscend Partners, ask basic questions on the company’s main operation, and learn about the owner's goals and transaction objectives.
As confidentiality is of utmost importance to Triscend Partners and the companies it works with, we will first sign a confidentiality agreement to provide comfort before sharing any sensitive information.
Preliminary Information Request List
Short information request list of less than 10 items necessary to properly evaluate the company and provide valuable insight. All requested items are typically readily available to the company and require little time from management to provide.
Triscend Visit to Company Operation (Optional)
