(“Matrix”), an independent investment bank, has announced the sale of ASAP Expediting & Logistics, LLC and G&H Transport, LLC (“ASAP”) to Trump Card Holdings, LLC (“TrumpCard”), a subsidiary of Magnate Worldwide, LLC and portfolio company of CIVC Partners, L.P.
Founded in 2008 by CEO Garland Hobgood, ASAP Expediting & Logistics is a third-party logistics provider specializing in expedited freight solutions for domestic and international clients. Known for a high-touch, customer-centric approach, ASAP has built a strong reputation across various sectors, including mining, construction, pulp & paper, aerospace, automotive, and food & beverage. The Company’s rapid growth and commitment to tailored logistics solutions have attracted a robust client base.
Matrix’s Consumer & Industrial Investment Banking Group, led by Managing Director David Shoulders, along with team members William O’Flaherty, John Mosser, Matt Oldhouser, and Duncan Rogers, managed the transaction. Mr. Shoulders expressed gratitude for the opportunity, noting the successful outcome achieved for the Hobgoods.

ASAP’s Columbia, South Carolina office will remain operational, continuing its service to the regional manufacturing corridor with support from TrumpCard’s infrastructure.
